Matthias Heiderich is a self-taught photographer based in Berlin, Germany. The photographs featured here were all taken around his hometown. His photography transforms the banality of concrete buildings and everyday objects in to abstract geometric shapes. Featuring harmonious colour palettes and clear skies, his work possesses an almost unreal touch. His photography is not about the realistic reproduction of objects, but rather Matthias’ personal perspective on the things in his environment.
